We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing responsive, visually appealing websites and web applications while implementing the latest technologies to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Web Design and Development
- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites and web applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate design ideas.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Technical Integration
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and back-end functionality to deliver dynamic web applications.
- Develop secure and optimized databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify as needed.
- Optimization and Compliance
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive user experiences.
- Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across modern and legacy browsers.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform regular updates, maintenance, and upgrades to existing websites and web applications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaboration and Innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and team members to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development and design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Developer & Designer, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Expertise in back-end development, including:
- Server-side technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Database design and management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong UI/UX design skills and proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of web hosting environments, DNS management, and server configurations.
Bonus Points
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure) and deploying web applications.
- Knowledge of web security best practices (e.g., preventing XSS, CSRF, SQL injection).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and branding.
