We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to promote our comprehensive portfolio, including safety training courses, customized software development, mobile and web apps, databases, and IT consulting services.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals across safety training and IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including decision-makers in industries such as renewable energy, manufacturing, and construction.
  • Promote IT services such as:
    • Customized software development tailored to client needs.
    • Mobile and web application development for improved operational efficiency.
    • Database design and management to streamline business processes.
    • Website development and optimization for an engaging user experience.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase our expertise.
  • Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions, integrating safety, training and IT services as needed.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to align service offerings with client demands.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both training and IT clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and identifying additional service opportunities.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote safety training courses and IT solutions across digital platforms, email marketing, social media, and industry events.
  • Develop compelling content, such as brochures, case studies, blog posts, and advertisements, to highlight the benefits of our IT services and training solutions.
  • Optimize the company’s website to showcase safety and IT solutions, ensuring an engaging, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized experience.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize campaign impact.
  • Organize and represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences, promoting both training and IT services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and client feedback to continually adapt sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in training services, IT solutions, or software development.

Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, app creation, website design, and database management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media management, CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset for assessing campaign performance and market trends.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the renewable energy, construction, or industrial safety sectors.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and IT project management principles.
