Can I take courses as a non company user?

Yes, you can independently register and purchase any course directly through our website. If you are part of a company, please coordinate with your supervisor to access courses via a company account.

What happens once I register and purchase a course?

When you buy a course, you will be prompted to create an IDG WindTech account if you do not already have one. After completing your purchase, you can log in with your username and password to access the course at any time.

Can I use a mobile device to take a course?

All IDG online training courses are compatible with mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones across Android and Apple iOS platforms. If you encounter any issues while accessing a course on your mobile device, please contact our support team at support@idgwindtech.com or through this website for assistance.

What are the contact hours for technical support?

Our technical support team is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST). On Saturdays, support is available from  9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).

What are the technical requirements needed to take a course?

To ensure the best experience, your device should meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Processor: 1.0 GHz or higher
  • Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X or later
  • RAM: 512 MB or more
  • Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels or higher
  • Sound: Speakers or headphones
  • Internet: High-speed connection required
